WHAT IT ACTUALLY FEELS LIKE
The group arrives at the wellness centre around 10am or 2pm. Reception is expecting you by name, robes are laid out in the private changing suite, prosecco is waiting. Everyone gets changed together, enjoys a glass of prosecco, then moves to the treatment rooms. The massages all start at the same time — nobody's waiting while others are being treated.
After the 60 minutes of massage the group reconvenes in the relaxation area. More prosecco if the group wants it, or herbal tea for the more virtuous. Most groups stay 90 minutes total — 60 for the massage, 30 for the prosecco and group photo. Some groups upgrade on the day to add pool time, steam room and sauna — but most find the focused massage session is exactly what they want.

The massage session is designed for hen parties in Lisbon that want the spa experience but don't want to commit to a full 4-hour spa day. It's the focused version — arrive, prosecco, massage, prosecco, leave — around 90 minutes total.
For stag groups, the massage session is becoming increasingly popular as a Sunday hangover recovery activity after Saturday night's bar crawl. Groups who've tried it say it's the most effective way to feel human again before the flight home.
Minimum group size is 6, maximum 16. For larger groups we can arrange sessions in two adjacent private suites. The massage can accommodate mixed group requirements — different people can choose different treatment styles in the same session.
