A COCKTAIL MAKING CLASS IN PORTO
A cocktail class is the easy way to start a Porto evening: a bar to yourselves, a bartender who shows the group how to shake, stir and garnish, and a round of drinks you made with your own hands.
The session runs for about 2 hours with the bar reserved for your group, close to Galerias de Paris — the street where Porto's night out starts — so dinner and the bars are a short walk away when you finish.

HOW THE SESSION RUNS
The bartender starts with the basics — measuring, shaking, stirring — and then hands over the bar, recipe by recipe, while the group competes for the best-looking glass. If you want a local touch, ask for a white port and tonic, Porto's own aperitif, to be part of the session.
When you finish, walk to dinner or carry straight on with a Porto bar crawl.
