WHAT IT ACTUALLY FEELS LIKE
Sessions run daily at 11am, 3pm and 6pm. The 6pm slot is by far the most popular for hen groups — you go straight from the workshop into dinner and the evening out with the group already buzzing and properly warmed up. The bar is a 3-minute walk from Baixa-Chiado metro. Arrive 5–10 minutes early and the bartender will have everything set up, labelled and ready to go.
The workshop typically starts with a short introduction to the cocktails you'll be making — the stories behind them, the ingredients, what makes each one special. Then you get behind the bar. The bartender demonstrates each technique first — the shake, the stir, the muddle, the garnish — and then your group replicates it. Every person makes their own drinks. You drink everything you make.
The menu is fully customisable.
