FROM BEACH TO BAR
Book it for the early evening: come off the beach, change, and arrive for the class as the sun goes down. The bartender walks the group through each recipe and then lets you take over the bar, with a prize for the best glass if you want one.
Then dinner, and the Albufeira Strip for the rest of the night.
