This is not a typical first time visitor walking tour. Sant’Ana hill is very close to the city center although is not over crowded as the center, even had and still has is role in the live of the Lisbon citizens. If you have been in Lisbon and you know already the main sights, or you want to see another part of the city this is the tour.
We will start at the main Avenue of Lisbon: the Liberty Avenue and from there we will go up the hill taking Lavra Funicular (if not available we will take a taxi). we will see a view point, talk about the science hill and how important was and still is for the city of Lisbon. We will enjoy the beautiful facades, narrow streets and we will walk down the hill, passing by Martim Moniz Square. We will finish at the city center at Rossio Square, from where you can continue to enjoy by yourself the city.
